School Life lets you create online forms to collect information. Some of this information may be personal and/or confidential. The collected data is sent to an email address indicated by the school and can be exported by you and transferred to other online databases or systems. The extent of personal data shared with these systems depends on the requirements of each third-party provider and you must have an explicit DSA with each partner. European data protection authorities have found that the protection of the contractual data that Amazon offers its customers in the cloud within the company is in line with current EU standards for international data transfers. The draft proposal aims to help government authorities conclude safe, fast and transparent data exchange agreements. The proposal is based on the National Data Protection Controller`s best practice guide for the application of data sharing principles. The agreement was developed in consultation with stakeholders and builds on existing agreements. The proposal is “independent of the legislation”, i.e. it can be used for general purposes and is not bound by future legislation on the availability and transparency of data.
