NOTE: Any company and all its subcontractors that perform certain trades on existing OPG sites, in accordance with either the EPSCA collective agreements, OR OPG/Building Trade Union collective agreements or the machinist collective agreement, are required to respect and comply with the provisions of these collective agreements.
